Wedding Prices
We have three Graphi of Italy packages from £1,000 for an A4 size album, to £2,400 for a top of the range Graphi reportage
album.We also offer a more conventional A3 album with mounts by Jorgensen of Australia
We would be pleased to show you our sample albums and discuss your
requirements.
Whichever package you decide on, we always include a
pre-wedding shoot where we take some informal photographs about a month before
the wedding. We like to do this to break the ice between the couple and us, the
photographers. We present the pictures in an album.
Two photographers
attend every wedding, we are there from early morning until the first dance, or
longer if the couple would like us to be. We take about 1000 pictures at most
weddings, we show the couple about 350 of these. With all packages, except the A4 Graphi we also include a calendar and DVD with all the images shown to the couple, set to music.
Extra images are £5 each, irrespective of size.
Above all else we like put the couple at ease and make their day memorable
for all the right reasons.

Portrait Prices
At A.B. we provide a portrait service where we
come to you. Either in your home or to a venue of your choice. We have all the
equipment of a fixed studio, but the flexibility of being able to take images
in a setting almost anywhere. The initial portrait session is free of charge for a high quality colour or black and white
picture.You only pay for
the prints you order. We only ask that you place an order for a minimum of £50.00. Our prices are as follows,
6x4.....£10
7x5.....£15
10x8....£20We are happy to quote for other sizes, including canvas prints.
Event Photography
We photograph and print at the events we cover on the latest dye sublimation printers. We give back to the organiser of the event or the venue (whoever books us), 50 pence per print we take. So not only do the guests have great pictures, you make money as well.
Prints For Sale
These are priced individually.If you have a particular image in mind we will endeavour to provide it for you.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
It is agreed that the following terms set out the
total agreement made between the parties and that no variation or modification
of this contract shall be effective unless agreed by both parties in writing.
Booking Fee
The Booking fee secures the time and services of
the Photographer for the wedding and is non-refundable or transferable in the
event of cancellation, it being the agreed loss suffered by the photographer
due to cancellation. Cancellation less than 12 weeks before the wedding will
result in the payment in full. All cancellations must be in writing. Weddings
that are postponed to a later date will retain the fee as long as the
photographer can re-schedule for the new the date and time.
Payments
Following payment of the booking fee, balances of
fees due are to be paid: 100% 28 days prior to the wedding.
Display
The Photographer/s may display any photographs
included in this contract in his/her studio, portfolio, literature, display
areas, exhibitions, competitions, advertising or slide shows.
Images
All image sizes are nominal.Some cropping of an image me be necessary to fit the image into the requested size. The Photographer/s
will provide a pleasing colour balance but cannot guarantee exact colour
matching owing to anomalous reflectance caused by a combination of certain dyes
and materials especially man-made fibres. It is sometimes impossible to record
on film the exact colour as seen by the human eye.
Reorders
All reorders shall be treated as an extension of
this contract and no responsibility for error will be accepted unless orders
are given in writing.
Copyright
Any images or copies of images whether stored
digitally or otherwise and any computer program including any source or object
code, computer files or printed documentation relating to such images are
protected by the Copyright and Design Act 1988. It is contrary to the Act to
copy or allow to be copied photographically/electronically or by any other
means an image created as part of this contract without the permission of The
Photographer/s in writing.
Licence
The Photographer/s shall be granted artistic
licence in relation to the poses photographed and the locations used. The
Photographers judgement regarding the locations/poses and number of images
taken shall be deemed correct. Apart from specific single pictures that are requested, all other images are at the discretion of the photographers. Due to the vagaries of the weather and the
willingness of subjects it may not be possible to capture all the images
requested. Force majeure or Act of God The due performance of this contract is
subject to alteration or cancellation by either party owing to any cause beyond
their control.
Limitation of
Liability
In the unlikely event of a total photographic
failure or cancellation of this contract by either party or in any other
circumstance the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the
total value of the contract. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or
consequential loss.
Prices
All prices are inclusive of V.A.T.
Complaints
Any complaints should first be raised by
the Client with the Photographer/s in writing within 21 days from the date of
receipt of images.
When booking us, you are deemed to accept the above terms and conditions.
